Session types
Who portrait sessions are for
Every session is shaped around the people in front of the camera.
Couples & engagement
Relaxed sessions that feel like you — connection first, posing second.
Family portraits
Honest family photography that holds the chaos, the calm and the closeness.
Maternity & milestones
Gentle sessions for the seasons of life worth marking — bumps, babies and birthdays.
Personal branding & headshots
Clean, confident portraits for people and brands who want to look like themselves, with polish.
What to expect
Guided, never
forced
We keep sessions calm and clear. You will know where to stand, what we are aiming for, and when to simply be yourselves.
The result is an edited gallery for sharing, printing and profiling — natural colour, soft light and portraits that still feel like you years later.

Good to know
Portrait session
questions, answered
Where do sessions take place?
Anywhere in Perth that feels right for you — beach, bush, city or your own home. If you are not sure, tell us the feel you are after and we will suggest locations that suit the light and the season.
What should we wear?
Whatever feels most like you. Soft, neutral tones photograph beautifully in our style, and we will send simple guidance before your session so no one has to guess.
Our kids won't sit still. Will that ruin the photos?
Quite the opposite — the running, giggling, mid-chaos moments usually become the favourite frames. Our sessions are relaxed and unhurried, and we work at your family's pace.
How many photos do we receive?
You receive a curated, fully edited online gallery — every image chosen and polished, ready for sharing and printing. Exact numbers depend on the session; we will confirm when you book.
When is the best time of day to shoot?
For outdoor sessions we usually recommend the golden hour before sunset — soft, warm light that flatters everyone. Indoor and branding sessions are more flexible.
